In this week’s newsletter, we’re sharing with you some top headlines from across the regions and islands of Greece, including the recent earthquakes in Santorini, Anafi and Amorgos - many of them over 4 degrees Richter.
Did you know?
This morning, two earthquakes of 4.2 magnitude struck between Santorini and Amorgos in the early hours.
Due to the earthquakes, schools were closed and over 11,000 people were evacuated from Santorini island. Henceforth, a state of emergency was declared in Santorini and Amorgos. Read more here.
