Greece’s Airbnb Ban

Did you know?

Greece is planning to ban thousands of Airbnb accomodations according to local news reports. The new legislation, presented to parliament on January 8, by the Greek Ministry of Tourism, bans all properties from short-rental platforms that were warehouses, storage rooms, industrial spaces or old basements and have been renovated in order to become tourist accommodations.
