Best places to purchase property, terrorism charges and more
Hey there ✌️
Aside from the gloomy weather, we would like to wish you a Happy New Month, or Kalo Mina as we say in Greek! In this week’s newsletter edition, we’re bringing you our weekly updates as well as important current events.
But first, have you ever thought about buying a home in this beautiful country? ☀️ Then look no further, because we wrote a guide with the top 5 Greek destinations (including Athens) to buy property.
IMPORTANT: Legislation changes
According to the Law 5038 of 2023, (articles 28-52) there will be changes made to the highly-skilled residency card issuance from the 31st of March, which removes the pre-approval process of its application within their country of residence and saves a trip to the Greek Consulate, which means that the applicant can, therefore, enter Greece with a short-term visa and apply directly within Greece.
